This is a recent bug. It did not work this way in the past but I have seen it reported by several people.

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] Page turn in kindle using braille display
Does anyone have a good understanding of how Braille displays and an iPhone Kindle app interface with one another?
The problem here is that the braille display scrolls through the current page displayed on the Kindle app, but then The braille display cursor falls to the end of the following page when attempting to scroll from the last line of a current page to the first line of the following page.
this then requires that the user scroll back up through that next page to find the beginning of that page. Are there specific settings to check in order to have the braille display work more seamlessly with the Kindle app or is this a common experience for Braille users attempting to interface, currently.
Thanks,
Asanda
