Marsha,

I think we met for your PA zoom meetings; great job on explaining
Iphone/Ipad apps.
Old thread here but still seeking info. I’ve got a zoom video concert I’d
love to edit if possible; adding captions and credits would make it look
great.

No, I never received info on or off list.

So, again, if anyone has ideas especially for a novice, let me know. I do
have low vision so I’ll be able to see the font style I pick and position of
them for the screen. But mostly I do need to rely on a screen r4eader.

I’ve researched simple free video editors and found a few good ones.
I’m going to try VideoPad. I’ll let you all know if I’m successful with it.

Sincerely,
Ashley

It's been a while since I used it, but Total Recorder Video Pro got
satisfactory results.

Hi All,

I’m interested in creating and editing simple videos; usually for
demonstration purposes or to capture some stories. I will use Zoom and later
on youtube for this purpose. I’ve already used zoom videos and was very
impressed with the quality even without editing. The mp4 quality zoom gives
you is great. I have low vision but usually use Windows or an IOS tablet
with a screen reader. I usually use Jaws.

What video editing software is accessible for basic edits? I need to use a
screen reader. Is it free? I only want to trim videos and add subtitles and
credits. I might add a few transition effects if I can figure out how to do
that and have some sighted assistance.

The first solution comes to mind is I Movie on my IPAD. I have Windows Movie
Maker on the pc side. Can both be used? Are there keyboard keystrokes for
Windows Movie Maker?

Thanks!

Ashley
