I was intrigued by your question and so I spent some time trying to see if this could be done. Unfortunately, I know of no way to enable tutor messages for a specific page or even for a domain, at least without writing scripts to do it. The best you could probably get is to use the Prompt Creator insert-ctrl-tab) to add your own custom labels to specific elements on the page although I realize this is not really what you want.
It would be ideal if settings found within the various JAWS menus could have an option to specify either a global setting or one which is application specific. Actually, the ideal would be for Vispero to migrate all of the options in the JAWS menu system and move all of them to Settings Center and to have some of them found within the Personalized Web Settings tree in Quick Settings.

Greetings Trainers. I am wanting to customize the JAWS Tutor messages to only occur when I am on any of the Google Classroom pages. There used to be a way to customize the Basic settings in JAWS, such as to use them with a specific application or system-wide. However, it looks like this option was removed. I would like tutor messages for Classroom since there are often good help messages in there, like when working with Google Docs. But I am an intermediate user and don't need tutor messages giving me constant help on the computer. I'm using Windows 10 with the latest build of JAWS 2021.
