[Trainer-Talk] Laptop layout versus desktop layout

Hello Kelsey,

As a trainer, I mostly stick to using concepts that are transferable to any
screen reader, and to the operating system. In that case, the keyboard
layout makes very little difference. Certainly, some screen reader commands
are modified, but for navigation and traversal through the OS, browsing,
etc., the layout really has negligible impact. It is only really once you
start getting to be an intermediate to advanced user that the layout begins
to matter. For example, for JAWS and NVDA, the various screen reader modes
and cursors have different keyboard commands, and the difference begins to
matter a bit there.

Just my thoughts on this.
