[Trainer-Talk] Intro and question

Hello all,
My name is Luis. I'm new to my position teaching tech. While I use my computer nonvisually I'm not a programmer, web designer, nor am I a IS graduate. I catch on quickly, enjoy problem-solving, and understanding what makes people believe their potential to be successful.
This brings me to my question, what suggestions would anyone give for working with a student that along with their blindness has limited dexterity and neuropathy in both hands?
I've looked for larger key sized keyboards and have not found any that have physical keys that are bigger or tactually distinguishable. I've also looked into some switch devices. Having no experience with those I would be happy to hear some points of what to look for in a switch device.
