Thanks, Robert and Jim, for the recommendation. Jim, I may take you up on that demo. I know of RIM and have used it occasionally for training, but I've primarily been on the other end of those sessions while an Aira agent is in my computer. School firewalls often block us from installing software on students' computers, in which case I have to use JAWS Tandem. But it seems from my limited experience that Rim has a more stable connection between devices and may be generally easier to use.
