Hello all, this is a great discussion.
We do use RIM here at the Jernigan Institute, and often provide Pneuma Solutions with feedback about how its feature set might be expanded.
A couple of features RIM has added recently include the ability to record a session, which can be useful for both you and the people you're working with, as well as the ability to switch between multiple live sessions.
For some time now, it has been possible for PC uses to remote into a Mac, and Vice Versa. We successfully advocated to Apple for RIM to be given the recognition in MacOS to make the process simpler, so we are pleased Apple has come through with this.
If Nic proceeds with his webinar, perhaps it could also include a short section where someone from Pneuma outlines the feature set of RIM for those who are not familiar with it. It is a first class remote solution that also happens to have been built from the ground up with screen reader users in mind. It's screen reader and platform agnostic, and if you use it with NVDA, you can even control another PC, and now Mac, when no screen reader is running.

Good day all and happy middle of the week.
I run a small team that provide remote services to a number of different state agency's and insurance organizations. Would it be of interest if I held a session to talk about how to set your self up as a state vender both from an administrative point of view and best practices in regard to remote tools such as RIM, Clockify for time tracking and just general practices.
I don't want to have this go against the rules of the list, but don't mind sharing what I have found works well and does not work.
Let me know your thoughts.
Take care and be well.
Kind regards, Nik.

Hello:
One of the AccessOn podcasts featured Pneuma Solutions and their product Remote Incident Manager (RIM). Jonathan Mosen at the NFB has promoted this product.
The web site is:

Hope this helps.

Robert
