Are you going to Disney Land or Disney world, both location are great and accessible for guide dogs.

They also have when working almost like a GPS Device I am not totally sure of the name, but it helps you around the park, and explains what is going on the rides, different descriptions. I just went to walt disney world in August, like I said sometimes this device works and sometimes it doesn't. I had contacted Disney about this matter, especially after another person I know who went there in January.

But they have areas for guide dogs to do there business and all rides are accessible, accept for the extreme rides and roller coasters.

I am going out there in July with my significant other to attend the wedding of his niece. Both of us have guide dogs. We are wondering about our dogs at Disney Land or can anyone suggest any other tourist attractions that might be appropriate for us or ways we can accommodate our dogs in the summer heat? I'm quite sure his adult sons will attend these attractions with us. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
You are welcome to contact me off list at

as I don't always receive my NFB list posts. (Please don't ask me why! :))
