[Travelandtourism] The Vonlane Difference

Thank you for this information.
I hope this company comes to Ohio soon.
Last Friday, a friend traveled from Dayton to Columbus on Greyhound
and spent over 8 hours in Columbus for her connection to Cleveland.
Travelers were understandably upset, employees stressed and lost all
customer service skills and police had to be called.
When Greyhound employees realized that they should do something "nice"
they gave everyone a dinner voucher for the restaurant that was
closed.

It was an awful experience for everyone. Greyhound needs more
competition and we deserve better choices and service.
