[Txabs] just wanted to introduce myself to the list

Hi there everyone.
My name is Jonathan but most of my friends call me Jon.
Before I take a minute to briefly introduce myself I should start this off by saying that I don’t tend to typically do much with blindness related discussion lists so if I come off as a bit rusty with this please bare with me.
I’m 29 years of age and from Massachusetts a city called Brockton located about 45 minutes south of Boston.
Now I’m sure some of you are probably wondering why would I post to a Texas list when I’m not even from that state.
The reason is honestly very simple.
Since I have lived in Massachusetts all of my life I would be interested in getting to know people from elsewhere.
I’m about 5 9, have brown hair, hazel colored eyes, and weigh about 250 lbs.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, listening to all types of music, talking online and on the phone, going out to dinner, sometimes to the movies, and browsing around in bookstores and music stores to name only a few.
Currently I am single and do not have any kids, however like many people I’m always on the lookout in case the right person happens to come along.
Right now I am not in college.
