[Txabs] A Scholarship to Washington Seminar

Greetings Tabsters,

As many of you know, Washington Seminar is one of the most important
events we do in the federation each year. It is a time for us to go to
Washington D.C. to advocate for the rights of the blind with our state
senators and representatives.

If you are a student who is interested in going, TABS has reserved a
$500 scholarship to help with funding.
