I can’t get logged into our NLS BARD account. Our password doesn’t work and when I try to reset the password, the system says it has sent a temporary password but then it never shows up. I have tried repeatedly, from multiple computers and multiple web browsers, but nothing works. It asks the security question, and I answer, and then it says it sent the password, but it isn’t showing up (and it isn’t being spam filtered). I tried an iPad too with BARD Mobile— no login, and I see no place to request a password reset there...

I have emailed them for support and am waiting for a reply, but I’m curious if this is a common issue. Has anyone else had problems logging in and then resetting their BARD password?
