[blindkid] NLS BARD

This happened to us about 3 weeks ago. When they finally emailed me the password it was the one we were using. I gave up and tried two days later and logged right on with no problem. I just thought it was me doing something wrong though. Glad to know they have a glitch and it wasn't just me.
