     WACAP is a Seattle Washington based agency that has handled the
placement of blind children. They did have a booth at one of our national
conventions a few years ago. Their site is:

When I previously lived in Oregon, I provided some  technical support for
Orphans Overseas. Their site is:

Orphans Overseas also has various in-country programs. Hope this is useful.
