[BlindMath] Scanning braille for sight reading

He/she may have a specific format in mind -- JPG, TIFF, PNG or 
GIF?  anything you scan is going to be a photo, it seems to me.

I am not sighted, but would guess this is hard to do. The dots and 
paper are obviously the same color.  You might have to experiment 
with lighting and angles.
