[humanser] Question regarding scanners and scanning software for mental health agency

Hi,
I recently accepted a position at a mental health agency. They are asking what types of accommodations I might need, such as a scanner and software. I currently use open book in the Perl at my current job. However, I thought there were better off the shelf solutions. Can anyone give me suggestions?
