[humanser] job questions

I'm hearing viable solutions. I'm going to present Erika's solutions to my
supervisor. FYI, We are a peer lead program and there are no case
managers/social workers working for our agency. That's due to the nature of
the services we offer. I think my paperwork may cross my supervisor's desk
and then somewhere along the line the county collects the data. The data has
something to do with our contracts which are monitored by a designated
County HHS person.

Makes sense to me. If there isn't a form created by the agency in computer
format for you to edit and fill out, then you can make up your own. I did
that when I was doing my internship at the local Salvation Army. We were
doing intake for information and referral services primarily. The form the
state required to be filled out was not accessible to me so my supervisor
and I worked out a form that I could memorize and write down the specifics.
As long as it was legible she didn't care if it was in 32 point magic
marker. She just put it into the computer system. Since this was an
internship it was a temporary solution and work for us. In a permanent one
like yours I would look for permission to create an editible form you could
quickly fill in, print and share with the appropriate social worker.
