[NFBA-Phoenix] Preparing for state convention

With the state convention in the fast lane approaching, it is time to find out who all will be attending this year‘s convention and who Will need assistance for meal cost. Last year we gave over $800 to assist with 13 of our members with cost to the web just later luncheon, boxed lunch on Saturday, and the banquet Saturday evening. Because I do not have the cost set for those three events during state convention, the chapter has not quite yet decided how much money to set aside and how many people we can assist. That does not mean we’re not going to do this again. What I need from you and those that you know are attending convention, is to know if you are planning to attend an event planning and if you would like to go to bowl the Friday and Saturday lunch and Saturday nights banquet. I would like to know this information and a deadline to get it to me is it no later than Friday, August 3 so our chapter can make decisions at the August 4 chapter meeting.
