Webbsite design paradigms have changed a fair amount over the past five years. If you're using a version of JAWS much older than JAWS 10, conventions may be used which in and of themselves aren't necessarily inaccessible but which your version of JAWS may not be able to interpret.

It is for this rathereason (among others) that I keep crying in the wilderness that we need an *exact* definition of "accessibility" so that everyone from screen-reader vendors to website developers to businesses to ourselves knows what we mean.
