[nfbcs] Braille Note Email Problem

Same thing happened to one of my students just the other week. Somehow her
username had a wrong character inserted into it. Check the configs.
username and password both carefully---I told her this too, but she just
read it with her fingers and missed it, so erase it all and start over.
Once she did the rebrailling of the info it started working correctly--so
erase and redo it
