[nfbcs] java access bridge

What version of Windows are you using, and is it 64 bit or 32 bit? If 64,
did you install the 64 bit Java or the 32 bit Java?

Installed the java access bridge.

But not sure if I got it set up.

Or does it come installed when I install the latest jdk.
