[nfbcs] Dell keyboards

I didn't know about Windows-B until you just mentioned it, and inser-f11 
wasn't available--no insert key because numlock was on.  No switching to the 
Jaws cursor either to feel around, for the same reason. But I'll remember 
Windows-B for future reference.
