[nfbcs] PDF as picture

What command are you using in JAWS to read the PDF file? If you use
JAWS+space followed by o and then w you'll just get the visible screen
recognized. If you use JAWS+space followed by o and then d, you'll get
the whole document recognized. If you haven't tried yet, you might try
using the document command.
