[nfbcs] How many of you got CS jobs through cold interviews?

I have to say when I was at Grace Hopper career fair, I had my cane with me
and I got interviews with every company I was interested in. I even had
some approach me because thy were looking to increase diversity.

I know there is bias but many companies go out of their way for diversity.
