[nfbcs] Windows Mouse cursor question

Hi all,
I have not been an avid screen reader user until recently, so I cannot speak
to the past. However, there was a recent post in this thread that indicated
if a dialog popped up that had a single button like OK, the screen reader
would not read thedialog. The JAWS technique I used to accomplish this is to
have the entire dialog to be read using  the key stroke JAWS key b.
