[nfbcs] putting all contacts in BCC field in Outlook 2013

Hello.  Is there any way using key strokes to put all of the contacts in
Outlook 2013 into the BCC field?  Google tells me how to do with the mouse.
When I hit Enter on the BCC button in a new message and Tab to the list box,
JAWS does not read the contact when I up or down arrow.  When I hit Control
A, I don't get any indication that all contacts are selected.
