[nfbcs] JAWS Hanging and Crashing

I've seen this as well. I spend most of my day at work in MS products, 
like Outlook, Excel and Word, and I'd say JAWS is restarting about half 
a dozen times a day now. I frequently see JAWS listed four and five 
times in my system tray.
