[NFBCS] How/when is it a good time to disclose

If you are working on-line, there is a chance that a web site you need to use isn’t accessible to a screen reader.  In that case, it seems like you would need to let your boss know.  That is, if you can’t figure out work arounds to accessiblity problems.
