[NFBCS] Some Access Questions for Intro CS Class

Hello,
I do not think PyCharm is accessible. Instead of it I would use Visual Studio Code for python development. GitHub is accessible and you should have no issues with it. Repl.it is accessible for the most part from what I have seen. It should not give you much trouble.
