[Nfbf-l] Communication is a Two-Way Street

If I may say something, and please forgive me as I am not entirely familiar 
with all the issues here, some of this personal kind of thing really should 
be discussed privately.  It has degenerated into personal attacks that it 
seems to me, and correct me if I'm wrong, have no place on this list.  I 
think it is time for us to step back, take a deep breath and calm down and 
communicate again when heads are cooler.  I find this discussion extremely 
hurtful, and even though I am not personally being hurt by it, it hurts to 
observe this.  Please, let's take a breath, and when we are calmer, then 
talk because obviously this is not helping and it is quite ugly.  We need 
less strife and if there are problems, I think there are ways to gently 
communicate it to those concerned.
