Good morning to all of you. This is Carlos J Montas. I just wanted to echo
what President Hicks had to say about the convention. It really was a great
success. Although I sat with Louisiana, because of my responsibilities with
the Louisiana center for the blind, my hart is still with all of you in
Florida. I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Rachel
Jacobs on her national scholarship. Dr. Mauer's banquet address was
inspiring, and challenging. I want to propose that all of us in Florida work
together in our State to put are differences aside and continue to push are
agenda for the betterment of life of all blind Floridian's .
Sincerely Carlos J Montas ----- Original Message -----
