So sorry to hear about Lydia's passing. she attended at least one
legislative seminar with the Florida team. she also contributed in other
ways. She always had a cheerful personality. She will be missed.

I know some of you know Lydia from Tallahassee. I was informed recently that
she died. I was very sad to hear it and thought some of you might want to
know that she died.
