[Nfbf-l] Para-transit

In Brevard County, there are no receipts for rides and I don't think we can get any records of expenses we paid for our rides. There are also no free rides, even if the driver is more than the allotted 15 minutes lat. They are allowed to come up to 15 minutes prior to and no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time. There is a policy to suspend services for 30 days after 3 no-shows, but it is rare to enforce it. Additionally, there is no phone call to alert riders if a bus is late and currently no way to track where a bus is for the client.

Sincerely,

Camille Tate
