Hello NFBV Family!

 

Even if we call ourselves "family", there are times when our words can hurt
the feelings of those we care about.  I certainly have my share of
"foot-in-mouth" blunders! At our next DEI Fireside Chat, we want to pick up
where our session at the State Convention left off!  The 40-plus people in
the room created an evening of magic with a lively and spirited discussion
about microaggressions--what they are, how they hurt, and what we can do
once they are out there! If the fun and easy banter  we shared that night is
any indication of how our Fireside Chat will go, then grab your favorite
snack and beverage, put on your fluffy slippers and get comfy!  This will be
a Chat to remember!
