[Community-service] suggestion for next year

Hi Darian and all,
I would like to make a suggestion for the outreach committee to do a project for the next year convention.
As you all know that every year there are the first time convention comers. How many of these individuals are English speakers and how many are not.
The community service division should have a list of members who can speak another language. The new-comers who need a mentor who speaks their native language should be matched up this person.
It will be helpful for the new-comer and the old timer will do community service.
Mentoring is one kind of community service.
I will call it the language bank or someone can pick another name.

This year, I was mentoring a first time convention comer, who is from India. I thought that it was fun as I explained all the events at the convention and helped her to understand the federation philosophy.

Let go build the federation.
