Instead of leaving a message with the person who answers the phone or 
another intern, I recommend contacting Congresswoman DeLauro's fellow 
who is handling this issue: Matt Doyle.  Ask for him immediately when 
her Washington office picks up.  You can also e-mail Matt at:
matt.doyle at mail.house.gov
After asking Matt to let Congresswoman DeLauro know you want her to 
co-sponsor H.R. 3086, you may also want to let him know that an intern 
with whom you left this message may not be communicating this concern to 
the rest of the staff.
