[Ct-nfb] Heat pumps again

Sorry to hear about your frustration, Anne. Since our heat pumps came
installed with new construction, there was no remote involved and only one
wall control for all areas. I think calling the manufacturer is an
excellent idea. Let us hear what if anything they can do to remedy this
situation.
