[Ct-nfb] Free Window 10 Update

Well, Dell at least is. I updated my laptop and all is good. Please please please anyone on here that uses Windows Media Center remember that's not there in Windows 10. I asked Paul Thurrott about well what if you already had it on win 8.1 is it blasted away? Still no word from him.
