There will be an At Large Chapter meeting of the NFB of Connecticut tonight, October 16 at 8:00 pm. We are fortunate to have Phil Magalnick, 1st VP, NFB of Connecticut and President of the NFB Southwest Connecticut Chapter, for our guest speaker. Phil will talk about the history of NFB and about the current activities of the organized blind movement. His fiancé, Honorata, will discus the PAC plan and the Dream Maker Circle.
