I could really use a New York stile sour cream cheese cake right about now.

Subject: Re: [CT-NFB] Thought-Provoking Thursday Question
Brianna & All,
How did I become a gourmet chef? What did I cook before that
declaration? Would I re invent something I've cooked before or would I begin with something I've never done before at all?
Would I cook an old favorite and then call it something new? The possibilities like the recipes are endless.

Hey everyone,
Hope you all are doing well. Its time for another Thought-Provoking Thursday question!! If you were a gourmet chef, what would be the first thing you cook?
Best,
