[CT-NFB] voting ballot

Hi Joyce,
Paul too didn’t do a good job of signing the envelope, but it was signed and I’d like to think that’s good enough. I did go on the SOS’s website a few days later to confirm it was received. 
You must feel so good about voting, and doing it independently!!
