Here is a flyer that you can send…the performances without an asterisk are
audio described. And patrons can also request this service for any
Mortensen Hall performance. We have some Braille programs and a QR code to
a digital program for the Broadways!

Hi Nancy,

The Bushnell has an Audio Described performance of Aladdin on Friday,
November 11th at 2pm and other select Broadway performances! Can you help
spread the word?

There is no charge for Audio Description services. Device reservations are
first come, first served. To purchase tickets and reserve a device, patrons
should call the Box Office at 860.987.6000. Patrons pick up their device by
going to the Customer Relations desk and leaving their ID.
