[CT-NFB] Hartford County, Paratransit, GPS and software issues

I heard about the GPS issues. I strongly recommend that before exiting the Vance, all of us need to confirm with the driver visually where we are. Make sure that they are dropping you at the correct address and asking the driver to visually look at where he is And not to get off the van if you’re in the wrong place. I don’t understand why the investigation is going to take a great deal of time. That’s baloney. So when we use paratransit, we must confirm where we are before getting off the van. I certainly will do that.
