The Assistant HR Director position will manage and direct the Training, Recruitment, HR Transactions, and Staffing units in the Minnesota IT Services Human Resources Office, providing HR management and support for a unique state agency of approximately 2,400 employees in 20 agency-based offices and more than 70 physical locations around the State of Minnesota.

This position will provide management and oversight in the planning, execution and assessment of the HR program, including development and implementation of policies, procedures and human resource staffing strategies. This highly experienced and responsible professional managerial position will also assist the HR Director in developing and implementing strategic human resources initiatives that promote an inclusive and connected culture of work, and that advance and innovate existing HR processes and services.
