Join our HR Business Systems team! You will provide lead functional analysis responsibilities for the State's HR Information System, SEMA4.  You will be the lead business resource for state agencies and Minnesota Management & Budget (MMB) for all issues related to SEMA4 HR, including providing advanced professional expertise and analysis to the technical development staff, state agency staff, and system users in the following areas: functional operations, system upgrades and enhancements, system testing, user communications, and system policies and procedures development. You will also provide expertise in the integration of SEMA4 HR with other enterprise systems and with the operations of other MMB divisions/units.
