IBVI Job Opportunity - Accounts Receivable Specialist
JOB SUMMARY: Accurately process invoices in a timely manner. Handle collections and other AR accounting duties as directed.


POSITION OBJECTIVES:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


        Invoicing


        Verify shipping documentation and process customer invoices in


ERP system


        Determine method of invoicing required by customer and process accordingly:


 * U.S. Mail, Email, Fax, EDI

 * Enter invoices into Government required payment portals

 * Enter invoices into other EDI systems as required by the customer

 * Prepare summary invoices as required by the customer


        Process AR adjustments/Credit Memos
        Reconcile and process First Look sales orders


        Cash Receipts-Check/ACH/NSG


        Pull AR invoices, referenced on remittances, from the open invoice file
        Fill out AR cash receipt form
        Record cash receipts in ERP...
