We are excited to share the posting for a new position in our Youth Services Team- Systems Pathways Navigator. This person will work with youth who have multiple disabilities and their families to provide workplace readiness training, work-based learning experiences, and coordination with IEP teams and other agencies in preparation for life and work after high school.

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience with youth with multiple disabilities, knowledge of social service systems, and a deep belief in upholding each person's dignity.
