The Bureau of Education and Services for the Blind is hiring one teacher of the visually impaired. One position in Tolland, and BESB is anticipating another vacancy in Suffield. These roles are full-time, hybrid positions with statewide travel, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM.

BESB is building its professional bench, with a director who is herself comfortable reading to blind students from Braille books as a blind person herself. This is a great opportunity for anyone qualified—or working for TVI credentials—to make a meaningful difference.
