Join the Minnesota Department of Transportation's human resources leadership team as the Agency Staffing and Compensation Director. This position will provide leadership and expert consultation to the Department of Transportation regarding the agency's overall classification, recruitment/selection, compensation, retention, and benefits programs.  Responsibilities include:
*        Developing, recommending, and implementing policies, procedures and strategic initiatives relating to these programs.
*        Providing expert consultation and guidance to the agency's executive and senior leadership, managers, and supervisors regarding a broad range of human resource matters.
*        Representing the agency on statewide and national state task forces and focus groups.

This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul and has the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office.  The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor.  The incumbent will be expected to work in the office on occasion.
