Are you an experienced HR Leader looking to make a meaningful impact in the public sector?  Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB), the State's enterprise finance and human resources agency, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources (HR) Director to lead MMB's internal HR office. As the Human Resources Director you will serve as a member of MMB's senior staff team and be responsible for developing and supporting a human resources team that champions employees and provides exceptional customer service in the following areas: recruitment, selection, job evaluation, classification, compensation, benefits, personnel transactions, labor relations, performance management, leave management, workforce planning, employee development and training, safety and worker's compensation, and human resources records management. This role has a strong focus on relationship management, employee engagement, strategic partnership, change leadership, process management, and legal compliance.
